1. Introduction
   These Terms of Sales govern the purchase of container homes and related products from Tailored Homes Melbourne. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders & Deposits
   A non-refundable deposit is required to commence production. The balance must be paid in full before delivery. Orders cannot be processed without a confirmed deposit.
3. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are quoted in AUD and may be subject to change due to material costs or industry fluctuations. Payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and approved financing options.
4. Delivery & Installation
   We provide estimated delivery timelines, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supplier, or delivery issues may occur. Customers must ensure site accessibility for smooth delivery and installation.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
   Due to the nature of custom-built products, cancellations may incur fees. Refunds are not available once production has begun. Any changes to an order after confirmation may result in additional costs.
6. Warranties & Liability
   We provide warranties as outlined in our Warranty Policy. Our liability is limited to the terms specified within the warranty coverage, and we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or unauthorised modifications.
7. Site Requirements & Responsibilities
   Customers are responsible for preparing the site before installation, including obtaining required council approvals, leveling the ground, and ensuring appropriate access for delivery.
8. Dispute Resolution
   We encourage open communication to resolve disputes. If unresolved, mediation or legal proceedings under Victorian law may apply.
